Refund policy
At CLUB 0019, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund subject to the conditions below.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available for items returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Items purchased on sale/clearance or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds.
- Accessories (caps, masks, innerwear, etc.) are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Refund Processing
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after quality check.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Prepaid orders (UPI, debit/credit card, wallets, net banking) will be refunded back to the same method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation of account details.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Returned item is not in its original condition, is used/washed, or has missing parts/tags.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges vs Refunds
- You can opt for an exchange instead of a refund if the size/color is available.
- Exchanges are usually processed faster once the original item passes quality check.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund or provide store credit.
